Work you’ll do
  • Responsible for all aspects of compliance work relating to the preparation of the Singapore individual tax returns, employer’s returns of employee’s remuneration and tax computations for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Utilize tax software to prepare and process tax returns.
  • The candidate, may under guidance, be required to liaise with the IRAS on various administrative procedures including the request for status of tax payments, tax returns, etc.
  • The role may involve liaison with the overseas offices as well as clients/individuals to collate the information for purpose of preparing the Singapore individual tax returns.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to the management of client programs, including the update of the global tracker, drafting of bills, etc.

Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA)
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
