Work you’ll do
  • Oversee daily business operations and coordinate workflows across regional teams.
  • Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports, including utilization, headcount, and other management insights.
  • Collaborate with resource management, HR, Finance, and local teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective workforce planning.
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Support operational projects, business initiatives, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Guide onboarding, knowledge sharing, and capability-building for team members.

Requirements
