Job description

Responsibilities

1. Operate the assigned company truck in a safe and courteous manner, and obey all traffic rules and regulations.
2. Maintain the assigned truck in good condition and meet all safety requirements at all time, and clean/wash the assigned truck on an everyday basis.
3. Check the assigned company truck (including fuel availability) before delivery and after delivery, and report to management if there is any vehicle issue.
4. Maintain accurate and updated record of assignment, truck maintenance and fuel purchase. A small notebook should be placed inside each truck and driver must fill out the notebook for each petrol pumping as well as each day mileage (beginning the road and finish the road)
5. Ensure all daily delivery on time delivery, product & quantity accuracy and product quality.
6. Assist in loading and unloading of goods and ensure all goods are handled with care.
7. Build strong relationship with customers and feedback to management if there is any complaint related to products or services.
8. Ensure all delivery & installation complete according DO.
9. Issue any related documents if there is any service.
10. Ensure to complete all the delivery procedure.
11. Ensure all delivery order (DO) or invoice (INV) must be signed by customers and all document must be handed back to Logistics department in daily basis.
12. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
13. Follow and obey to company’s policies and regulations.
