Document Controller, Certification and Compliance Executive
To manage and control all documentation related to the company’s ISO Management Systems, Product Certification, and Other Compliance - Safety, Health and Environment, ensuring proper creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving in compliance with ISO, Product Certification, and Other Compliance requirements and company policies.

To manage and control all documentation related to the company’s ISO Management Systems, Product Certification, and Other Compliance - Safety, Health and Environment, ensuring proper creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving in compliance with ISO, Product Certification, and Other Compliance requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management & Control
- Maintain and update the ISO document control system, Product Certification, and Other Compliance - SHE, ensuring all documents are accurate, current, and accessible.
- Assign and track document numbers, versions, and revisions in line with ISO procedures and Product Certification and SHE procedures.
- Control the issuance, distribution, and retrieval of controlled documents (e.g., manuals, SOPs, work instructions, forms).
- Ensure obsolete documents are promptly removed and archived according to retention policies.
- Manage the Legal Register compliance, documentation and monitoring.
- Hygiene and Environment Monitoring at the manufacturing factory.
- ISO Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure documentation meets ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
- Prepare and maintain records to demonstrate compliance during internal and external audits.
- Assist auditors in retrieving required documents and records during inspections.
- Support internal and external audit scheduling, execution, and reporting.
- Safety, Health & Environment Requirements
- Coordinate and manage SHE Training Programs
- Maintain and update the SHE Training documentation, ensuring all documents are accurate, current, and accessible.
- Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with all departments to update procedures, forms, and records.
- Train staff on document control procedures and ISO documentation requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for all document-related queries.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve document control processes and systems.
- Support management in reviewing and updating the ISO documentation framework.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in ISO-certified organizations.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) and Product Certification requirements.
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
