Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Document Control Center Specialist. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the numbering, release, and obsolescence of documents.
  • Maintain document archiving systems for security and integrity.
  • Coordinate document change requests and approval workflows.
  • Ensure only latest approved versions of documents are in use.
  • Provide document evidence for audits and compliance.
  • Perform regular backups of critical documents.
  • Assist in standardizing document formats and templates.
  • Conduct training on document control procedures.
