Job summary

A reputable company in document management based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation. The role involves ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards, supporting various stakeholders, and promoting document control best practices. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in document control and proficiency in eDMS and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Document Control or a related administrative role.
  • Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF applications.
  • Fluency in English, Norwegian proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure document control activities comply with procedures and quality standards.
