Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional virtual health consultations via video, audio, or text-based communication.
• Provide medical concierge services including on-site or doorstep professional health consultations.
• Diagnose and treat patients within your area of expertise.
• Prescribe medication as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards while delivering patient‑centred care.
• Ensure compliance to the company’s protocol and safety standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS, MBBCH, MD) or equivalent.

Registration: Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid practicing licence (APC)/

Experience

• Completed KKM compulsory service.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in private clinic experience is an advantage.
• Experience in telemedicine or willingness to adapt to a virtual healthcare setting is an advantage.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
