Position Summary

As a District Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, driving new business growth, and delivering technical service excellence. You will support our Nalco Water division by providing innovative, data‑driven solutions to help customers improve operational performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Grow business within existing accounts and capture opportunities in competitively held accounts.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key customer stakeholders, including plant and facility management.
  • Provide on‑site technical support and service; identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Perform system audits, analyze operational data, and deliver written recommendations.
  • Promote Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial Engineering, Area Managers, and Application Engineers to ensure project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Sales or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales or technical service experience in industrial or water treatment environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer‑centric approach.
