Dispatching/Scheduling Automation Engineer/ Developer (Manufacturing IT) (Start ASAP)

Bosch Malaysia seeks a Dispatching/Scheduling Automation Engineer/Developer to enhance semiconductor manufacturing through advanced software solutions.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the APF (Advance Productivity Family) software suite to improve design, analysis, and operation of manufacturing facilities.
• Develop, configure, and maintain APF Formatter logic for data normalization, feature extraction, and transformation across multiple tools and processes.
• Design and implement APF Activity Manager workflows to automate control strategies and data processing routines.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, IT, and MES teams to integrate tool, metrology, and MES data streams.
• Create and maintain robust trigger conditions and activity dependencies for high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Optimize APF applications for performance, reliability, and scalability in high-throughput fab settings.
• Troubleshoot APF-related issues and provide long-term solutions through root cause analysis and system tuning.
• Author technical documentation, configuration guides, and provide training to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and estimate KPIs within interdisciplinary teams.
