Job summary

A leading telecommunications firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior leader to drive technology enablement and digital transformation within its Global Business Services unit. This role encompasses onboarding initiatives, process upgrades, and governance frameworks to ensure effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in corporate services, including significant management experience, and a strong ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders effectively in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in shared services or corporate services.
• Minimum of 7 years in a management role leading complex transformation projects.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, experience in budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT enablement initiatives to onboard companies onto GBS platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of processes.
• Develop and maintain a technological roadmap aligned with GBS objectives.
