Meet the Team

As a member of the Dexcom Malaysia Senior Management Team, the Director of Supply Chain leads the strategic and operational execution of supply chain functions including planning, warehousing, logistics, shipping & receiving, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role interfaces cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across geographies.

Where You Come In

• You will develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global and commercial leadership.
• You will lead site supply chain operations including warehousing, sterilization planning, logistics, and import/export.
• You will drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy and robust supply plans.
• You will manage third‑party logistics, distribution providers, and sterilizers, ensuring performance and contract compliance.
• You will establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, escalation protocols, and review cadences to drive transparency and accountability.
• You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO13485) across all supply chain activities and partners.
• You will collaborate on IT/OT systems to support global efficiency and process consistency.
• You will foster a high‑performance team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You Successful

• 10+ years in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing environments; 7+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in forecasting, planning, inventory management (S&OP), and manufacturing scheduling.
• Experience managing 3PLs, logistics providers, and contract performance.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP, DRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and influencing across matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
