We are looking for Director of Business Development to join our team!

As a Director of Business Development, we rely on you to

Implements all sales action plans related to assigned market as outlined in the sales plan. Attends major travel functions (ie trade shows and promotional events) and advise DOC of latest updates. Responsible for driving for business development of overall market segment. Responsible to host FAM trips and hotel inspection.

We are looking for someone who:

  • College Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Have experience in managing Government portfolio
  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
  • Is a strong team player
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
  • Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
  • Understands the global markets and local environment
  • Effective bi-lingual in English & Malay in both written and verbal.
  • Has relevant experience of handling corporate and wholesales
  • Computer Skills Including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
