Job Description
Strategic Marketing Communications
  • Able to conceptualize and create plans to acquire new digital customers, keep them active and engaged digitally.
  • Define and prioritize campaigns and initiatives that improve digital engagement and conversion.
  • Champion customer needs and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Manage customer communication by focusing on customer experience and user journey to drive digital adoption & usage;
  • Responsible to ensure consistent quality execution of all marketing initiatives.
Campaign Marketing (Mobile and Internet Banking)
  • Focus to drive, Mobile Banking (TMRW) on customer lifecycle from adoption to usage;
  • Manage internal stakeholders & all bank channels eg Sales, Branches, Operations, Call Centre;
  • Responsible to provide consistent reports (Regulatory & Management) and measure success.
  • Liaise and work with various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Strategic Communications, Brand, Channels, Demand team, Vendor, T&O and etc) pertaining to the development and implementation of TMRW campaigns and communications.
  • Compliance to Group, Local & Regulatory policies for Digital Banking.
  • Implement and execute strategy to educate and train internal customer about TMRW services for them to provide the basic support to customer.
  • Provide updates to senior management monthly or adhoc reports/presentation whenever necessary.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Use analytics to understand customer behaviour and product performance to refine marketing and communication strategy in order to drive better conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing and funnel tracking to draw learnings to plan for future campaigns / initiatives.
Others – Reporting and Monitoring
  • Monitor and support existing features in digital and mobile banking system.
  • Support front-liners on any queries on the features/system functionality.
  • Review guidelines (by Group/regulatory) to ensure in‑compliance and monthly reporting.
