Job summary

A global footwear company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Marketing Specialist to assist the Senior Marketing Director in shaping its digital landscape and social media strategy. Job description

Assist the Senior Marketing Director in developing the comprehensive digital landscape and social universe of Clarks to build up solid and meaningful connection with TA. S/he will also be responsible for any social-commerce project which needs brand digital and social involvement and two-way cooperation to further benefit brand building and business growth. S/he will also be the contact window and cooperate with DTC for excellent O2O 新零售 execution, include but not limit to 云店/企业微信/SA & consumer community support. This role will work closely with other across functions in the company including Consumer Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, EC, Retail Operations, Logistic and Finance, and global brand/digital team. Also closely work with any digital/social agencies, vendors and media/partners to ensure campaign run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • To assist Senior Marketing Director in developing the comprehensive digital landscape and social universe of Clarks to build up solid and meaningful connection with TA including:
  • Assist to develop digital and social OGSP for 3 years and yearly strategy and executional plan.
  • Be responsible for brand owned social communities, include but not limit to: WeChat, Weibo, RED and Douyin, and any other strong potential platform. As the community manager to develop the platform strategy and communication plans halo by OGSP and daily operation & maintenance.
  • Assist to develop digital and social campaign/activation based on overall marketing calendar and campaign plan, implement, monitor and review the progress & results.
  • Assist to seek and negotiate digital/social media and 3rd parties to develop digital landscape by needs.
  • Be responsible for social influencer strategy and implementation to better build social buzz outside of brand playground.
  • Be responsible for brand live-streaming project on owned social platform, including strategy, plan and execution, to activate brand followers and build up purchase intention and brand affinity.
  • Be responsible for social-commerce project which needs brand digital and social involvement and two-way cooperation including but not limit to:
  • RED social-commerce shop special activation/project support.
  • Wechat mini-program shop as main platform to land brand resource and traffic to convert consumers & brand building.
  • E-commerce live streaming & content marketing alignment on brand tonality and seasonal creative/assets.
  • Creative, assets, content & guideline support on DTC云店 with consumer journey optimization
  • Be the contact window to DTC SA community or any special consumer tribe community for corporate and brand project operation.
  • Support DTC any possible digital & social needs from business POV.
