  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive content growth, traffic, and jobseeker actions.
  • Manage a structured content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content ideas, scripts, captions, and concepts tailored to jobseekers & employers.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Monitor trends in careers, HR, job search, and workplace topics.
  • Oversee community interactions by responding and engaging with followers.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Test new formats, hooks, and content types to boost engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and recruitment teams to align executions with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
