A leading marketing firm in Malacca is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive to develop and execute strategies to boost brand awareness and drive leads. The role includes managing digital channels such as websites and social media, planning paid campaigns, and analyzing performance data. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience, including leadership. This position offers the opportunity to innovate and optimize marketing efforts in a dynamic environment.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
Manage and optimize digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage content strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
Oversee SEO/SEM activities to improve online visibility and traffic.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience in data analysis, performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
