We are seeking a digitally savvy and highly organized professional to support both digital marketing execution and regional lead management operations. This role is responsible for driving online lead generation initiatives while ensuring timely lead verification, qualification, and distribution across different country teams. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing capabilities with strong operational discipline and cross-regional coordination skills to ensure end-to-end lead closure.

Support and execute digital marketing initiatives to generate inbound leads, including campaigns, landing pages, webinars, email marketing, and online events.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure digital campaigns are properly launched, tracked, and optimized.

Assist in content setup and basic performance monitoring across digital channels.

Ensure lead capture mechanisms are properly configured and aligned with campaign objectives.

Lead Management & Operations

Collect and consolidate leads generated from various digital and offline sources.

Conduct timely lead verification through outbound calls, emails, or messages to confirm contact information, interest level, and basic qualification criteria.

Classify and distribute verified leads to the appropriate country teams, internal sales, or regional partners based on predefined rules.

Track lead handover status and follow up with country teams to ensure leads are properly accepted and progressed.

Monitor lead lifecycle status and support closed loop reporting across regions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM and marketing systems.

Generate regular reports on lead volume, quality, response time, and regional conversion performance.

Support continuous improvement of lead management processes, SLAs, and handover mechanisms.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Solid understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, and sales funnel processes.

Hands-on experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

Strong communication skills, with confidence in conducting outbound lead verification.

High attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.

Ability to coordinate across multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders.

Strong time-management skills and ability to manage parallel tasks.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead and campaign performance data.
