Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/ Media.

Requires 1 year of working experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/ Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, AdWords, YouTube and other third-party ad platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin using accurate grammar and spelling and have meticulous proofreading skills.

Experienced with social media research tools, such as SEMrush/ Similar Web/ Ads Library/ Black hat technologies would be bonus.

Understanding of MS Office: Excel, Google sheet, PowerPoint

Responsibility
  • Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across digital placements such as Search, Display, Mobile and Social to maintain an online brand presence and drive lead generation and new user acquisition based on trends and insights.
  • Identify, propose new channels and develop new/improving existing channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.
  • Manage social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, YouTube, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor online campaign results and optimize marketing campaigns, generate quality leads and improve key metrics based on insights (e.g. ranking target, social media impression, engagement rate, traffic, user engagement conversion rate & etc).
  • Calculating accurate marketing budgets for each campaign, analyzing campaign results and ads performance, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROl.
  • Collaborate with internal and external media marketing, social media teams, SEO and outsourcing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
