Job description
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop, plan, and manage digital content across ATAS Frozen’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada). Create engaging content tailored for TikTok, highlighting products, recipes, and frozen food tips to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • E-commerce Platform Management (Shopee, TikTok & Lazada): Oversee ATAS Frozen’s presence on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, including product listings, pricing, and promotions. Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for search visibility and conversion. Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment on these platforms.
  • Social Media & Video Marketing (TikTok): Develop and manage TikTok content to engage with a wider audience, including video trends, product highlights, and user-generated content. Analyze TikTok engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
  • SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize the website for search engines through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns to promote new products, special offers, and company news. Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance to improve email marketing effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms, and email. Provide monthly reports with insights to refine marketing strategies and drive growth.
  • Advertising & Budget Management: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies across social media and e-commerce platforms. Provide recommendations to optimize ATAS Frozen’s approach based on competitor analysis and market insights.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with social media, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), and video content creation (TikTok).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce management dashboards (Shopee, Lazada). Basic knowledge of SEO tools and practices, as well as analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in content creation, particularly for video-focused platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Proficiency in design software or tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools) is preferred.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze performance metrics from campaigns across platforms and derive insights for optimization. Strong data interpretation skills to measure ROI, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks across different platforms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth coordination with sales and inventory teams.
