About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally fluent Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes social media—especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. If you’re the kind of person who keeps up with trends, loves experimenting with new content styles, and can turn data into strategy, you’ll fit right in with our young and vibrant team.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns Meta platforms, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Develop fun, engaging, and trend-driven content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand interactions on social media.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with designers, videographers, and internal teams to bring fresh creative ideas to life.
- Stay updated with the latest digital, social, and content trends (you love this anyway!).
- Assist with paid ad campaigns—setting budgets, monitoring performance, and refining targeting.
- Ensure that all campaigns and content are aligned with brand voice, direction, and objectives.
- Support marketing events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Who You Are

- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media best practices.
- Passionate about content, creativity, and storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and execution skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, or Google.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- A portfolio of past campaigns or content.
