About the job Digital Marketing cum E-Commerce

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions, edit social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other emerging social media channels, online shops and websites
  • Publish and share daily content to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, advertisements, website, marketing materials distribution through various channels
  • Monitor social media channels traffic flow and engagement for company presence on social media.
  • Manage & monitoring of company website and shopping platforms such as Lazada, Shoppe and online shops
  • Manage & process shipment for online orders
  • Implement new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Responsible for handling customers enquiries, and contract review activities Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and online sales Familiar with social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva & Adobe Illustrator)
  • Basic copywriting skills to produce content for the website, and social media platforms
  • Understand basic web design (WordPress)
  • Understand MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate between multiple stakeholders as a team to meet objectives or timeline set
  • Excellent communication skills, cooperative team player, passionate learner, driven, adaptable and proactive
  • Self-starter with sense of responsibility and initiative, ability to work autonomously
