Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing a brand or personal TikTok account with proven growth results
- A portfolio/showreel of TikTok content you've created (brand or personal)
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, algorithm, and what makes content go viral
- Proficiency in TikTok‑native editing tools and mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Experience with TikTok Creator Studio and Business Suite
- Ability to film and edit vertical video content quickly and efficiently
- Strong understanding of TikTok analytics and reporting
- Excellent copywriting skills for captions and hooks
Preferred/Bonus
- Experience running TikTok Ads and managing budgets
- Understanding of TikTok SEO and optimization techniques
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with affiliate marketing on TikTok

We’re looking for a TikTok‑native marketer who doesn’t just "post content"—they craft cultural moments. You’ll be the architect of our TikTok presence, responsible for turning our brand into a platform sensation. This role is equal parts creative director, data analyst, and community manager, all focused on one platform: TikTok.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a TikTok content calendar that aligns with brand goals (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit original TikTok content daily/weekly
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and platform updates—and quickly capitalize on them
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and UGC talent
- Manage TikTok LIVE sessions and interactive features
Growth & Community Management
- Implement strategies to grow our TikTok following organically
- Engage with comments, duets, stitches, and DMs to build authentic community
- Develop and manage TikTok‑specific campaigns and challenges
- Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and micro‑influencers
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze TikTok analytics (views, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversion)
- Report weekly on content performance and provide actionable insights
- Optimize content based on performance data and platform algorithm changes
- Manage TikTok Ad Manager campaigns for both organic boosting and paid initiatives
- Test and iterate on different content formats, hooks, and CTAs
Platform Innovation
- Explore and implement new TikTok features (Shopping, Series, Pulse, etc.)
- Stay updated on competitor TikTok strategies and industry benchmarks
- Develop TikTok‑first product launches and promotional strategies
