We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for both Flex Space Studio and Abode Property Management.
You will be responsible for driving performance-focused campaigns that generate leads, brand awareness, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube is a plus)
- Develop ad strategies aligned with marketing objectives (lead generation, branding, conversions)
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and KPIs
- Prepare and analyse performance reports (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Work closely with content, design, and management teams to align creatives and messaging
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and algorithm changes in digital advertising
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (portfolio or case studies preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion tracking
- Familiar with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Experience in real estate/property/service‑based businesses is a strong advantage
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and make optimisations
- Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Based in Malaysia, KL, fully on‑site
