Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing (Facebook & TikTok)
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content including videos, testimonials, beauty tips, and educational posts that align with brand messaging.
- Develop creative short videos optimized for current TikTok and Facebook Reels trends.
- Monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries to maintain strong community interaction.
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns to support product launches, recruitment drives, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyse ad performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and target audiences to enhance campaign results.
- Prepare regular reports on ad spending and campaign outcomes for management review.
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar that aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
- Work closely with Nutritionist, Product, and Design teams to ensure all claims and visuals are accurate and compliant.
- Produce educational and storytelling videos related to skincare, wellness, and beauty nutrition.
- Identify and collaborate with suitable influencers to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and distributor teams to ensure leads generated from social media are tracked and followed up efficiently.
- Keep product visuals, banners, and promotional materials on the website up to date.
- Support the optimization of landing pages and lead management systems to improve conversion performance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on social media and digital marketing performance, including ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify top-performing content and replicate successful strategies for future campaigns.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Present insights, recommendations, and improvement plans to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in health supplements, beauty, or MLM)
- Proven track record in running successful Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns
- Creative, data-driven, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
