As a Digital Nurturing Executive based at INTI International University & College (Nilai Campus), you’ll engage prospective students through personalized, data-driven communication—guiding them toward informed education choices and enhancing the overall student experience.

What you'll be doing:

Engage & influence prospects using selling skills & INTI Program Counselling Methodologies to build higher education discovery solutions while maintaining a balance of high velocity and high sales service that inspires.

Drive new international student enrollments to organization.

Achieve given sales target within cycle.

Perform outbound touch points to drive Enrollments to INTI campuses via digital communication technology.

Handling inbound enquiries from online, social media, email and live chat sources.

Provide face‑to‑face counseling to online lead prospects.

Assist with student's eligibility checking, visa application, airport pick up and medical checkup arrangements.

Maintain and update prospect information into state‑of‑the‑art Customer Relations Management system.

Use all relevant sales tools to achieve the above to drive growth and exceed department goals.

What we're looking for:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Applicants must have own transport.

Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Has outstanding communication skills - both written and oral (English and Malay). The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.

Willing to work in fast‑paced environment.

Fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people are strongly encouraged to apply.

Able to commit to work on alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
