Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for formulating and optimizing die‑casting production process parameters to ensure stable product quality and meet production efficiency standards.
  • Analyze and solve process problems in the die‑casting production process, and formulate effective improvement plans.
  • Participate in the development and verification of die‑casting processes for new products, and compile process documents and work instructions.
  • Track the usage of die‑casting raw materials, evaluate and feedback on the process performance of raw materials.
  • Organize and carry out die‑casting process training to improve the process skills of operators.
  • Collect and sort out die‑casting process data, and conduct process summaries and technical accumulation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Materials Forming and Control Engineering, Metal Material Engineering and other related majors.
  • More than 3 years of work experience related to die‑casting processes, familiar with die‑casting production processes and equipment performance. Those with work experience in large die‑casting enterprises are preferred.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm
