Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience with similar post.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
Daily Operation
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality to enhance the customer dining experience.
- Personally greet important guests or provide service support during peak hours, as needed.
Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure the restaurant complies with hygiene standards and safety regulations (e.g., employee attire, kitchen hygiene, fire safety, etc.).
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and train employees to comply with relevant policies.
Reporting and Communication
- Report operational status, employee performance, and customer feedback to the Restaurant Manager or superiors.
- Assist in developing improvement plans and follow up on implementation.
