🕘 Working Hours / 工作时间：8:00 AM – 5:00 PM，周一至周六

Job Summary / 职位概述

我们正在招聘一名具备工业厂房及 EPC 项目经验的设计经理，负责统筹项目整体设计管理工作，协调多专业设计团队，确保设计质量、可实施性及全流程合规。

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Lead and manage overall design activities for industrial plant / EPC projects 统筹并管理工业厂房及 EPC 项目的整体设计工作
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, and specialist design consultants 协调建筑、结构、机电及各专业设计顾问
• Review and control design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications 审核并管控设计图纸、技术文件及设计规范
• Ensure design complies with project requirements, local regulations, and EPC standards 确保设计符合项目要求、当地法规及 EPC 技术标准
• Identify, manage, and resolve design-related issues during project execution 在项目实施过程中识别、管理并解决设计相关问题
• Support construction and project teams on design clarification and optimization 为施工及项目团队提供设计澄清与优化支持
• Participate in value engineering and design risk control 参与价值工程及设计风险管控工作

Requirements / 任职要求

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline 建筑学、工程类或相关专业学历
• Minimum 8–10 years of design experience in industrial plant or EPC projects 8–10 年以上工业厂房或 EPC 项目设计相关经验
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams 具备多专业设计团队管理经验
• Strong understanding of industrial building systems and construction processes 熟悉工业厂房建筑体系及施工流程
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project interfaces 具备独立工作能力，可同时管理多个项目接口
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills 良好的沟通、协调及领导能力
• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. 需熟练使用英语及中文，与不同客户及相关方进行有效沟通
