We are looking for a talented Design Engineer to join our team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for all mechanical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Description:

Perform mechanical design of hydraulic-related equipment including structure & hydraulic system.

Perform circuitry design of the hydraulic system.

Produce detailed drawings & engineering specifications to be used for engineering & production work.

Produce BOM List for production drawing material take out.

Develop and improve design to minimize or eliminate quality or cost problems and perform product cost improvements or feature enhancements.

Provide technical advice and support to other departments as and when required such as job quotation, cost analysis, material recommendation, job tender, material testing and submission, etc.

Assist in the manufacturing and commissioning stage to provide solutions for any technical or functional problems.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure meeting customer requirements and delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing industry.

Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Inventor will be an added advantage.

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred since the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
