In this full‑time role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and consistently deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in the overall management and strategic direction of the nursing department
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Lead and mentor the nursing team, promoting professional development and a positive work culture
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes
