Demand Planner (Business & Fulfilment Coordination)- Clinical Diagnostics

This Demand Planner role is responsible for developing accurate, data-driven volume demand forecasts for clinical diagnostics products. The role sits within the Business/Commercial function and works closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure timely demand that supports inventory availability and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop rolling monthly and quarterly volume demand forecasts by products.

Establish base demand using historical consumption and usage trends

Work closely with Sales and Product Marketers to capture and validate demand drivers

Challenge sales assumptions using historical data and trend analysis

Partner with Supply Chain to support inventory planning, availability and replenishment decisions through accurate demand signals

Monitor inventory risks related to demand variability, including potential stockouts and expiry exposure, and escalate early when necessary

Coordinate with Supply Chain to monitor deliveries against demand plans, flagging delays or fulfilment risks impacting customers

Act as the interface between Business and Supply Chain/Operations to support resolution of demand-execution misalignment

Prepare and present volume demand plans and scenarios during S&OP meetings

Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias and demand variance at SKU level

Prepare demand and inventory-related dashboards, reports, and insights for internal stakeholders

Daily review and action on negative stocks situation

Weekly review of stocks consumption due to high stocks turnover in Clinical Diagnostics

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics or equivalent

1-4 years of experience in demand planning, business planning, sales operations or commercial analytics

Exposure in SAP will be an added advantage

Reporting or BI tools preferred

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work cross-functionally in complex operational environments
