Job summary

A leading Supply Chain organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to lead and improve demand management processes. The role involves coordinating sales forecasts, inventory management, and reporting on KPIs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain roles. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems are essential. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Job description

Lead and Improve company's Supply Chain demand management and control processes including but not limited to sales, inventory and demand forecasting, non-productive inventory management and planning parametres.

Act as a site ambassador for Operations Supply Chain management.

Organize and coordinate the S&OP framework (meetings, reports, presentations, demand collaboration, deviation analysis plan vs. demand)

Create monthly signed off sales forecast and push into ERP.

Monitor, improve and set the targets for demand related KPIs (eg. forecast accuracy; providing reporting to a granular level on deviations).

Timely meeting sales team to gather demand data.

Analyse demand data vs budget vs actual trend; provide detailed analysis back to sales.

Facilitate the Sales demand consensus sign off.

Facilitate the supply constraints analysis.

Build the S&OP pack; and facilitate the consensus process through facts, trends and reports.

Drive stocking policies and inventory management according to demand and supply constraints: raw material , semi & finished-goods, and aged stock reduction.

Review the demand planning parameters such as ABC/xyz segmentation.

Dashboard performance reporting.

Qualification & Skills

Minimum Bachelor's Degree; requires 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related supply chain role.

Meticulous, organised, strong numeric and analytical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ERP (SAP) and good knowledge in ANAPLAN.

Written & spoken competency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
