Job Responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead, you will be accountable for managing and delivering complex technology programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading major technology delivery programs as the primary contact for client accounts.
• Assembling and managing teams of professional technologists, both onshore and offshore, to deliver successful outcomes.
• Providing functional and technical expertise to define optimal solutions for client needs.
• Navigating delivery challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Inspiring and mentoring team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Leading the development of client‑proposed solutions, including estimates, schedules, and proposal management activities.
• Supporting client‑issued RFP processes and ensuring high‑quality responses.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in complex delivery or equivalent professional experience in consulting/technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing large accounts and leading teams of 50+ technology professionals.
• Strong track record in complex system integration projects and/or large‑scale production operations programs, with exposure to multiple delivery methodologies.
• Experience engaging with senior client executives.
• Proficiency across multiple technology platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom development, integration, and cloud.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience contributing to the sales phase, including solution origination, definition, and shaping.
• Ability to converse in local common languages of the base location.
