We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator Officer to further strengthen our Supply Chain department.

As a Delivery Coordinator Officer, you will play an important role in) follow up customer orders and availability of ordered products and coordinate transport towards customers, according to established processes, procedures, practices and/or work instructions, in order to ensure products are delivered on time and according to product and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows up the order book and doublechecks availability of ordered products and possible delivery dates with Planners, taking into account priorities set by (Marketing & Sales) & customer
• To coordinate with transporters, forwarders and agents to ensure all deliveries are dispatched timely and efficiently
• Following country-specific, governmental or product-specific requirements, prepares and processes documents, declarations, licenses or certificates for the exporting of goods and provides the necessary documents / declarations / licenses / certificates to carriers
• Answers informative and general questions from Commercial Operations, carriers or other stakeholders concerning specific transports and/or open Delivery Operations issues
• Prepares, arranges and ensures delivery of commercial samples to customers, following standard Delivery Operations processes within the team
• To provide after sales service such as communication with customers
• To provide the back-up support for others customer service in terms of documentation and etc
• Maintain documents archive and classification
• To fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superior

Qualifications

• You have at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in logistic / transportation or equivalent
• You have at least 2 year(s) of working experience as customer service in a chemical or oleochemical industries is required for this position
• You have good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• You have good planning, organizing and problem solving skills
• You have knowledge of customs clearance, valuation and classification of import and export will be an added advantage
• You have possess high sense of responsibilities and able to work on own initiative
• You are customer-focused (in order to meet the needs of each customer)
• You are detail-oriented (in order to produce accurate materials)
• You are a team player (in order to work well with other members of the team)
• You are willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
