About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and overseeing the operations and maintenance (O&M) plans for built data centers, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted operation of all critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive O&M plans and supervise all O&M activities for built data centers.
  • Manage the operation of power distribution, HVAC, monitoring, network, and IT systems; ensure strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor the performance of core systems and equipment, compile and continuously improve O&M guidelines, and ensure full implementation across the team.
  • Safeguard the physical environment and system security; conduct regular hazard inspections, provide proactive risk warnings, and propose targeted improvement recommendations.
  • Follow up on construction projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams for system testing, and promptly address and feedback on all identified issues.
  • Organize regular O&M training sessions to enhance the professional competence and technical skills of the team.
  • Complete other daily tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of IDC power distribution, cooling systems, monitoring system architecture, as well as standard operation and management processes.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance of 10KV and above electrical equipment, with a track record of team leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IDC O&M Supervisor or equivalent senior role; minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IDC infrastructure O&M.
  • Demonstrated experience in IDC O&M optimization; capable of planning and organizing IDC renovation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong learning agility and innovative mindset, with solid experience in team building and management.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written); excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-border collaboration.
