Join TikTok as a Data Understanding Specialist Graduate to support project delivery, quality assurance, and process optimization in the French market.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Cooperate with Piller DUS on project support, requirements, insights, RCA, and business metrics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams as needed.
• Work with FA's and DCC on labeling template application, selection, and criteria.
• Create, maintain, and update SOPs in alignment with RD and BP, mapping changes during project lifecycle.
• Create live, practice, test, and 2RQA queues across TCS and LP, liaising with FA and RD for support and complex injections.
• Help create, maintain, and iterate the Golden Data Set and related CS exams.
• Train, host, or record SOP reviews and distribute to internal BD teams using LMS (Absorb).
• Monitor project output quality against KPIs and standards, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Perform periodic queue health checks and audits to identify and resolve issues.
• Identify operational challenges, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Assist in training and development of DUS team members to meet project demands and quality expectations.

About You

• High oral and written proficiency in French and English (English for business communication, French for market‑specific projects).
• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions.
• Experience in a major tech or social media company on labeling/model training, ads/content safety, training, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient skills in MS Office and G‑Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving, task prioritization, follow‑up, and quick learning skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
