Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in enterprise data operations or data engineering.
• 3–5 years in a team lead role.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BAU operations teams responsible for daily data processing.
• Ensure high availability, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of data.
• Own root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly SLA reporting.
• Coordinate with functional, development, and vendor teams.
• Drive automation and standardisation.
• Manage performance, capacity, and capability development.
