Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support the Group Sustainability department in building / digitalising internal systems database pertaining to health and safety, supply chain and community investment.

Liaise and communicate with business divisions to automate and optimise data templates, workflow, dashboards and manage sustainability data tracking and monitoring for reporting needs

Maintain and enhance digital solutions to ensure timely collation and analysis of key sustainability data based on material ESG disclosures

Support the implementation of Group Sustainability strategies, goals and targets through internal sustainability related workshops and trainings to build knowledge on sustainability related topics amongst internal employees and relevant stakeholders

Support the preparation of annual sustainability reporting (Sustainability Statement), presentation and other sustainability related documents; familiarity with sustainability reporting standards such as GRI Standards, SASB, SDGs, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Engineering or Sustainability. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in data related projects/ databases and keen interest in digital transformation or process improvement.
• Well versed in data analytic tools and familiarity with sustainability reporting standards such as GRI Standards, SASB, SDGs, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability will be an added advantage, but not a strict requirement.
• Familiar or quick to learn on data cleaning and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and work independently.
• Good computer literacy, highly proficient with computers /Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Dedicated team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to go beyond.
