Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Bioscience, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ sales experience, with prior telemarketing experience preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Engage and build good rapport with existing customers.
• Manage and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries.
• Follow up on sales orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Inform customers of sales promotions and upcoming events.
• Support field force in follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Plan target customer list for effective sales messaging.
• Promote targeted products according to brands’ marketing strategy.
• Collect customer feedback for management reporting.
• Develop monthly action plans to achieve sales targets.
