Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, category management, or merchandising support, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Experience with forecasting and dashboard/report creation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance across promotions, PWP/GWP, weekly deals, etc.
• Track stock levels vs. sales to optimize inventory and campaign efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide insights to improve product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for campaign planning.
