Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Data Centre experience in remote hands or NOC environment.
• Familiarity with Data Centre Operations.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work on rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in Data Centre services.
• Monitor and respond to incoming tickets based on SLA.
• Perform power verification and basic network troubleshooting.
• Prepare monthly reports for customers and internal use.
