Responsibilities

• Monitor overall data centre health via CCTV, EMS Network, and service alert systems.
• Perform customer batch run activities and manage tape functions.
• Provide first-level support and escalate issues when needed.
• Oversee and track movement of customers and vendors in the data centre.
• Monitor and manage equipment entering and leaving the data centre.
• Ensure adherence to data centre security protocols.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Reporting Officer or Senior Management.
