Job summary

A global real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Owner’s Representative for data center project management in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will design and manage electrical systems, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a PE license preferred, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD is crucial. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Native Malaysian and English are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical systems design.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with lighting design and fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design electrical systems for data centers.
• Prepare technical drawings and construction documents.
• Evaluate and select electrical equipment for compatibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
• Provide technical support during construction.
• Perform electrical load calculations and power distribution analysis.
• Integrate electrical systems into project plans.
• Participate in commissioning activities and tests.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
