Task 1: Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiative across all business topics such as – sales performance, customer behavior, inventory efficiency, market trend, etc.
Task 2: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Task 3: Support the development of data models and frameworks that support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.
Task 4: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor business performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for optimization.
Task 5: Prepare data-led presentations and communicate findings to the management team for decision making.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or relevant studies.
Professional: 1-2 years working experience in the Data Analytics field. Preferably, candidates from the retail or wholesale background.
IT Skills: Proficient in Excel and SQL for data cleaning, analysis and reporting; Power BI; Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI); Basic knowledge in SAP; Basic knowledge in API; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Macro
English Skills: English and Local Language
