Responsibilities

• Manage the full identity lifecycle: provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of user accounts and access rights.
• Collaborate with HR, application owners, and vendor to automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Support audits by providing access reports and remediating findings.
• Investigate and respond to IAM-related incidents, anomalies, and service requests.
• Generate monthly reports for management and business unit.
• Escalate ID related security incidents and follow up with relevant team.
• Work with application vendor on application ID management issues.
• Ensure security access control program and process are effective.
• Provide security access advice to business, IT Infra, and Applications team.

• To escalatete ID related security incidents and follow up with relevant team.
• Work with application vendor on application ID management issue.
• To ensure security access control program and process are effective.
• Provide security access advice to business, IT Infra and Applications team.

In addition to core identity access management responsibilities, the role may also be involved in other IT security operations tasks.
