What you’ll be doing
  • Be a friendly first point of contact with turnaround time within 15 minutes-1 hour to handle and resolve members’ queries
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situation, be it onsite or online
  • Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (chat platform, email system & onsite events)
  • Excited to work with digital software technology
  • Able to work on shift basis especially out of usual working hours, and doing overnight events (on a need basis)
  • Able to commute throughout Malaysia & handle heavy items for logistics
