Flash Fulfillment is an integrated Warehousing and distribution services logistics service provider under Flash Group, which operates across Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.

It primarily handles warehousing and fulfillment services for merchants on domestic and international e-commerce platforms.

Job Highlight:

Location: Puncak Alam Warehouse

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 530pm

Job Responsibilities:

Provide service for warehouse customers and solve user problems through call / chat / line / WhatsApp / email etc.

Completing customers follow up with local express courier regarding customers' parcels status.

Familiar with the company's service process and standards (express pick-up, distribution, and other services). Know about customers' needs and provide customers with accurate answers according to customers' needs.

Handle on customer complaints, provide solution based on SOP or elevate if required.

Regularly record the solved and unsolved difficult problems, share them with colleagues and superiors, and explore better solutions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in Customer Service facing role

Familiar or experience with Warehouse Operation, Fulfillment, Logistics related field will be an added advantage

Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, English Bahasa Melayu) will be an advantages as require to deal with wide range of customer

Comfortable in working in warehouse environment & 6 day work week
