Responsibilities

  • Solve all owners’ complaints or requests.
  • Inform and request permission from the owner for tenant's special requests.
  • Set up new room rates and coordinate with the Developer.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally.
  • Participate in the open day on weekends occasionally.
