As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. What you'll be doing
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or elevate to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written), with basic English communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts (5‑day work week).
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work from home initially and relocate to Johor Bahru office in the future.
