Job summary

A logistics company in Johor is seeking a customer service representative who can communicate fluently in Mandarin. The successful candidate will provide information about products and services, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare necessary documents including quotations and delivery orders. With a friendly disposition and the ability to work independently, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination. This is a great opportunity to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimally 2 years of working experience.
  • Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Provide introductory information to new customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Document customer interactions and handle delivery orders.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

(Mandarin speaker needed) - Need to liaise with mandarin speaking customers

Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers

Respond to customer inquiries

Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.

Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.

Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.

Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.

Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers

Qualifications

Minimally 2 years of working experience

Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage

Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage

Friendly and welcoming disposition

Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment

Good command of written and verbal English

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
